RA Motors & Panelbeaters was founded in 2004 by Ms Raesetsa Angelina Ledwaba — an innovative, creative and visionary woman who started the company with limited financial resources but unlimited determination and passion to succeed.

From humble beginnings in Polokwane, Limpopo, the company grew rapidly to become one of the major players in the motor engineering and panelbeating industry in the region, earning the confidence of major clients including Fleet Africa and Bidvest Limited.

Today RA Motors stands as a testament to what determination, vision and hard work can achieve — a thriving, BBBEE-compliant business serving individuals, fleets, government entities and insurers across Limpopo and beyond.

Ms Ledwaba is responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of RA Motors & Panelbeaters. A visionary entrepreneur who founded the company in 2004 with limited resources but unlimited passion, she has grown it into one of the major players in the motor engineering and panelbeating industry in Limpopo Province. Her leadership has earned the trust of major corporate clients and insurers alike.

Phaahla Lesufi is responsible for the overall operations, workshop management and technical services including quality assurance at RA Motors. He ensures that every vehicle that leaves the workshop meets the highest standards of workmanship, safety and customer satisfaction — overseeing a skilled team of technicians across mechanical, panelbeating and spray painting departments.
